Terms & Conditions
- Boom Gate Entry & Contactless Reception:
- arrival for sites 12 noon or later
- arrival for cabins 2 pm or later
- departure 10 am or earlier.
- Sites: for one or more nights: maximum of six people. One car limit.
Some long weekends and school holidays may require a minimum stay. - Cabins: two-night minimum stays between March-November. Maximum four adults. One car limit.

- if left in an unreasonable condition, then a discretionary fee may be charged. Smoke-polluted cabins incur a minimum fee of $200.
- surcharge of $25 may apply for single night stays (subject to availability).
- Extra Vehicle: subject to availability and at managers' discretion: $10 per night.
- Pet Policy: pets are not permitted with cabin bookings. Pets are permitted with site bookings but not allowed in park facilities and buildings, including cabins. Pets need to be kept secured on a leash and picked up after.
- Campfires : personal fires are not permitted on site. We provide space for seasonal communal campfires (with a responsible person present). Fires are not permitted during the Fire Danger Season or on regional fire ban days.
Deposits & Cancellations
- Deposit: all reservations require payment of the first night's accommodation as a deposit; online bookings are paid in full, at the time of booking. Bookings may not be held if payment is not received seven days prior to arrival
- Cancellation policy: cancellations with more than seven days’ notice incur a $30 admin fee; with less than seven days’ notice, the first night’s fee is withheld from refund.
Please note that there is no refund if you leave before your intended departure date.
No refunds for 'no shows' or cancellations on the day of arrival.
